big optimizations

fixed loop that was taxing the cpu

for now removed the options for grass/trees in main menu as it was broken

mode the doors and day/night updated to only update when server sends new packed insted of every cicle

fixed mainmenu terrain setting crashing game with multitexture terrain enabled
